Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington DC 20422 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ADAC Laboratories to provide services of upgrading and connecting (including software)a NUMA Translation System from Elscint XPert to the ADAC Pegasys network. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and travel necessary to provide (2)annual preventive maintenance inspections and time and materials for unscheduled repair(s) of the Vertex Gamma Camera (SN 6553VA). Call back response is one-hour and onsite service within 24 hours. Preventive maintenance/service contract shall become effective from date of award thru 9/30/01 with two one-year options for renewal, subject to the availability of funds. This is not a request for proposal. See note #22.
