Description

The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Schoman & Spates International. The contractor will act as an aid to Navy Resource Allocation Decision Making Relating to Global War Game 2001 to Major DOD and Navy S&T Objectives. The contractor will assess concepts such as JV2020, the accelerated RMA, Rapid Dominance, Capstone against a range of possible scenarios that U.S.forces may encounter in the future. Overall analysis is required that will identify relevant patterns in the Global War Game 2001 and the relationship between operational actions and potentially available technology- stated in a way as to define the kind of approach the Navy is or should be taking to address its critical S&T resource concerns. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirewments under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 6/5/01.
