Description

This is a repeat notice, with a new release and response date. Those who have already requested the solicitation need not request it again. Contractor shall furnish necessary labor, materials, and supervision to perform work in accordance with the plans and specifications to prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, for VA/UMC Research Expansion. The project consists of constructing a new radio-pharm and immunology lab in an unfinished basement of the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, MO. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code is 23320. The estimated price range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid documents will be issued on or about May 25, 2001; bid opening will be on or about June 25, 2001. Completion time will be 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Only written requests will be honored; faxed requests shall be allowed at 913-758-6495. This is an unrestricted procurement. All requests shall indicate whether it is a small, small-women owned, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, or large company. All offers received by responsible sources will be considered. Contract award shall be subject to availability of funds.
