The material will become Government Owned and will be stored and rotated at the manufacturer to maintain a given shelf life dating. Material will be shipped upon request in emergency situations (Destinations are not known at this time). A 10 year contract is being proposed. Base year of 5 years and option period of 5 years. Material shall be avaialable 90 days after date of award.
