Description

Provide all personnel and equipment to supply approximately 1000 doses (per year) of Tc99m Sestamibi for myocardial imaging perfusion imaging procedure; for the Department of Veterans Affairs John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI, 48201. All items under the terms of this contract shall be by a registered radiopharmacist. Prior to acceptance of any items, the contractor shall provide documentation of the current licensure/registration of all personnel who will be performing under this contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 42221. The small business size standard for this procurement is 100 employees. Projected period of service is from date of award through September 30, 2001, with the possibility of three pre-priced option years. Requests for proposals (RFP) are now available. Requests for RFP shall be submitted in writing via facsimile at (313) 576-1077. Proposals are due by 4:30 pm local time, Friday, June 29, 2001. This is notice of intent for the Government to solicit and negotiate with only one source. See numbered Note 22.
