Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The National Cancer Institute intends to negotiate a modification for additional effort and funds to an existing contract (N02-CM-97030) with Capital Technology Informations Systems, Inc. This contract provides the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) information management and computer support. This effort will support the design and/or redesign of system programs as well as initial coding, revising, testing, debugging, documentation, training, operation and/or maintenance of all system software and hardware associated with the CTEP Enterprise System (CTEP-ESYS). The level of effort shall be increased by 75 FTEs for the period 8/1/01 -- 7/31/02, to provide for additional support services as outlined above. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (2), as set forth in FAR 6.302-2. The RFP for re-competition of this contract will be released in the July-August time frame. See numbered Note 22 which applies. Collect calls will not be accepted.
