Description

The essential requirement for this RFP is to design, implement and maintain, for one year, an Internet web site that will help to promote energy efficient practices in the border region of the United States and Mexico. The contractor will be required to: Design a web site to meet criteria specified in the RFP, provide web-hosting services, develop the web site database described in the RPF, integrate the content from the energy audits described in the RFP, and provide a functional demonstration of web site by October 2001. In addition, the contractor will be required to: work with the WGA to identify existing problems and prevent potential problems with the web site, provide training on web site usage and updating for WGA as necessary, work with the WGA to develop marketing and other collateral materials, advise the WGA as necessary on any changes in the web hosting services, provide regular billing statements to the WGA that itemize the amount charged for each service provided.
