Description

USDA, ARS, SAA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, NC Foundation Seed Producers, Inc. to produce and deliver 5000 bushels of Satelite variety soybean for research purposes. NC Foundation Seed Producers, Inc. has exclusive license for distribution of this variety of soybean. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
