Description

DESCRIPTION: The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland, intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item contract for refurbished telephones with Siemens Information & Communications Networks, Inc., 6845 Wedgwood Ct., Maple Grove, MN 55311 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). This contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options to extend the term of the contract.
