This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Note 22 applies -- Sole source (FAR 6.302). Unrestricted procurement. This is for a long-term type contract Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with provisions to extend the term of the contract for four years. Shipped to address: NIMA, Arnold, MO 63013-3776. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination, delivery 14 days ARO, in accordance with QAP 251, 100% direct vendor delivery (DVD).
