The contractor shall provide all = supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other = items and services necessary to service, maintain and repair the = chilled water plant system including: two (2) each 500 ton chillers. = These chillers are located in building 18, Bolling AFB, DC. NAICS code = is 811310 and the corresponding SIC Code is 7623 and the small business = size standard is $5 million. Performance period consists of a 3 month = basic period and four 12-month option periods. This is a competitive = best-value solicitation for commercial items. This procurement is a = 100% set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation will be issued = solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or = after 14 May 2001: http://www.eps.gov.
