- Description
- Solicitation F09603-01-R-61567 is for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the AC-130H Low Light Level Television (LLLTV) Sensor System. This requirement is for a basic contract period and nine (9) options. This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, 5600 Sandlake Road, Orlando FL 32819-8907, the only qualified source and a large business, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). The contractor shall provide all services and supplies necessary for CLS support, to include depot repair of the LLLTV system, maintain and issue spare parts for Deployment and peace time operations, track and report hardware failures to determine trends occuring that may cause future problems and initiate analysis to recommend corrective action, provide data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423), document/maintain system configuration and insure action is taken to precludse non-support due to obsolete parts. See Notes 8, 22 and 26. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
