Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment = Philadelphia,=20 intends to procure radiology interpretation services in support of the = Naval=20 Hospital Jacksonville, FL through full and open competition on an = unrestricted=20 basis. The services will be procured as commercial items in accordance = with=20 the information in FAR Subpart 12.6. The contractor is required to = provide=20 services in support of the Naval Ambulatory Care Center (NACC), Kings = Bay, GA. =20 The radiologist is required to interpret various x-ray films for the = radiology=20 department at the NACC Kings Bay. This requirement will be for a base = period=20 commencing 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 and four (4)- = 12-month=20 options. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. There will be a = 30 day=20 ramp-up period prior to commencement of the contract. The applicable = NAICS=20 code is 621512 and the size standard is $10 million.
