- Description
- The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Financial Services (OFS), Division of Financial Integrity plans to award a four (4) month simplified acquisition to Federal Management Partners, Inc. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is for administrating the Phase II survey to grant recipient organizations to help ACF determine how to better serve them. The Department of Health and Human Services developed a standardized approach for assessing the performance of Grants Management Offices throughout the Department. This approach is known as the Grants Management Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiative which consists of two phases. Phase I has been completed which involved administration of Departmental surveys to program staff, program officials and grants management staff. This is a follow-on acquisition for Phase II. No solicitation is available. See Notes 22 and 23.
