Description

Contractor to provide all labor and personnel necessary to provide professional librarian and librarian technician services for the VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, Omaha Division, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE. Scope of work includes Professional librarian services required for approximately 52 hours per year, or as needed, and librarian technician services are required, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, except holidays, or approximately 2087 hours per year. Librarian technician is to perform duties at the Omaha Division site under the direction of the professional librarian. The period for these services is July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, and four subsequent renewal periods. This is commercial service procurement under FAR Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations for Commercial Items. NAICS code 514120 Libraries and Archives with a size standard of $5 million will be used for this procurement. RFP No. 636-35-01 has been assigned to this solicitation and will be available approximately May 25, 2001, and will be due back by June 15, 2001.
