ERRATA Number 1 Date: 5/21/01 GRCA00101 Prospectus Recipients Operation of Accommodations, Facilities and Services Grand Canyon National Park South Rim Release Date: April 4, 2001 A number of minor errors have been discovered in the prospectus. They are as follows: 1. Draft Contract Section 3(a), after number 11. The date for withdrawal of transportation and kennel services is incorrect. The statement should read: At any time after December 31, 2004, the National Park Service intends to withdraw transportation and kennel services from this Contract, upon reasonable notice to the Concessioner, and compete them as a separate business opportunity. 2. Draft Contract Section 9(d)(4). The date for completion of the improvement program is inconsistent with the dates given for the start of those projects as described in Section 9(d)(2) of the Draft Contract. The statement should read: The Concessioner shall complete and have the Real Property improvements available for public use on or before January 1, 2008. 3. Exhibit B, Operating Plan, Section XVI C. The term "Reserved Property" is used in error. Where it appears in this paragraph, "Reserved Property" should be changed to "Historic Personal Property." 4. Exhibit D-1, Camper Services map. The boundaries shown on this map do not reflect recent changes made to the area. The Camper Services land assignment should not include the new dump station. A corrected map is attached. 5. Appendix 8, Financial Information. The heading states that the information is for the years 1997-99. As actually and correctly described in the tables, the information is for the years 1998-2000.
