Description

The purpose of this amendment is to remove the 100% Small Business Set-Aside restriction. The statement, By U. S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U. S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored is also removed. This requirement is restricted to Walbar, Inc., Chandler, AZ 85224-4701, SIFCO Custom Machining Co., Minneapolis, MN 55427-3568 and Honeywell Intl., Inc., Phoenix, AZ 85072-2181. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
