Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract = to Entuity under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation = number 6TSA-01-JMT-0159. The solicitation document and incorporated = provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition = Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other = supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement = is for CLIN 1: EotS Early Warning Center & Database, QTY.1, CLIN 2: = EotS Report Center, QTY.1; CLIN 3: Polling elements/credits to = support 1805 Switch Ports, QTY. 1805; CLIN 4: On site training & = maintenance. This procurement is for the Department of the Navy, Naval = War College, Newport RI.. The proposed contract action is for supplies = or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate = with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons = may identify their interest and capability to respond to the = requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for = competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business, = 5/29/2001 will be considered by the government.
