Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program will provide counseling and other assistance to Reclamation employees and their family members within the Denver metropolitan area and at other duty-stations as defined in the statement of work. The range of problems to be covered includes emotional or behavioral problems, including those related to alcohol or drug use, which may adversely impact an employees job performance The Contractor shall provide services to approximately 1,053 Reclamation employees (which includes approximately 129 managers/supervisors) performing duties in a broad range of occupational endeavors including professional, administrative, technical, clerical,and skilled (blue-collar); and their eligible family members. The majority of Reclamation employees are located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. However, there are 33 employees, currently duty- stationed at the locations listed below, who shall be covered under this contract. The number and location of Reclamation employees duty-stationed elsewhere are subject to change and fluctuation during the contract performance period. This acquisition will be accomplished using best value, commercial item procedures. This action is totally set-aside for small businesses. The Standard Industrial classification Code is 8049;(NAICS 62399 the size standard is $5 million in average annual gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years.
