Description

The Postal Service recently extended the existing Corporate Network Software License under contract 102590-93-Z-H018 with Oracle Corporation. This contract provides continued licensing and maintenance support of Oracle's proprietary enterprise software valued at approximately $9.785M along with associated education, technical and consulting services. This extension consists of a two-year period, with four, one-year option periods. Additionally, the maximum order limit under the contract was increased from $130 Million to $250 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. A determination by the USPS not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USPS. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
