Description

This is a Corrected Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This synopsis closes May 25, 2001 1700 HOURS (5:00PM) EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Additional/corrected specifications for crates are as follows: ITEM 0001 Vertical Stab Crate Size 136"H x 50"w x 20" THK, FOR ITEMS 1 & 2 ON IPB, weight approx 300 lbs each 9/EACH, ITEM 0002 Horizontal Stab Crate Size 325"H x 103"w x 48" THK, FOR ITEM 142 on IPB, weight approx 1000-12000 lbs each 4/EACH, ITEM 0003 Vertical Stab Crate Size 53"H x 45"w x 9" THK, FOR ITEM 89 ON IPB, weight approx 50-75 lbs each 6/EACH, ITEM 0004 Vertical Stab Crate Size 67"H x 64"w x 9" THK, FOR ITEM 52 ON IPB, weight approx 45-50 lbs each 4/EACH, The crates have to be made ou of the following: 1 x 2 for the frame of the crate. 3/4 plywood for sides, top and bottom. Skids for bottom of crates for fork lift movement purposes. Hardwood requirements would be nails and screws. There are no instructions/guidlines on how to build these crates.
