- Description
- This is a market survey to locate qualified sources for the U.S. Department of Labors' Bureau of Labor Statistics requirement for Development Services and Data for determining an appropriate methodology for the Producer Price Index Programs' intention to publish Output Price Indexes for Warehouse Buildings. Services provided must include, but not be limited to: 1) application of established expertise in the economic analysis and gathering of construction industry data, 2) assistance in the determination of appropriate sampling, surveying, and pricing methodologies applicable to heterogeneous nonresidential building construction projects. Data provided for on-going warehouse projects must be National, this is cover and include all fifty United States. Data must include, but not be limited to: 1) project's size, location, general contractor, value and architectural specifications in the CSI Masterformat, 2) comprehensive updates for new and on-going warehouse projects which must be provided on at least a quarterly basis with a less than two-week lag between the reference period(s) and the delivery of the data, 3) statistical analysis of on-going warehouse projects across appropriate statistical strata, 4) a breakdown of an average warehouse project into its significant and exhaustive building systems, assemblies, components, and specifications, 5) a percentage value of the complete project represented by the specified building systems, assemblies, and components, 6) materials and labor quantity breakouts for the specified assemblies and components, including cost information, and 7) updates, on atleast a quarterly basis with a less than two week lag between the reference period(s) and the delivery of the data, for the materials and labor quantity breakouts, including cost information. Data must be provided on a digital medial. Interested qualified Small Business Concerns are requested to submit Qualifications Statements as well as any and all other technical data on its firms capbilities to the address referenced in this synopsis. All concerns responding to this synopsis shall indicate if it is a Small Business. The closing date for receipt of responses will be ten(10) days after the publication date of this notice.
