Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Couples Tournament to be conducted at the Eagleglen Golf Course June thru September 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for T-shirts, airline tickets, outings, gift certificates for food or merchandise and cash donations to offset costs. Picnic food items such as hotdogs, hamburgers, beverages, chips, buns etc. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and addititives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be received no later than 6 July 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
