Description

The due date for receipt of bids will be established when the solicitation is issued. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded with a base period, and four option periods. Plans and specs will be available APPROXIMATELY 1 July 2001. Solicitation will be available to download from the WEB. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, nmaterials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to perform preventive maintenance inspection for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and direct digital control (DDC) system and to provide full service water treatment program for cooling towers and chilled water close-loop system. Work includes routine and emergency repairs. See Numbered Notes 1.
