Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply for the following: Engineering and other technical services for the development of emerging aircraft and/or Aircraft Platform Interface (API) systems to include design studies, simulations and evaluations, trade-off studies, quality engineering, technical data preparation, and test requirement documents. Product management in support of all new and emerging aircraft and API systems for the U.S. Navy/Marine Corps, National Aeronautical Space Administration (NASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case site standup. Tasks include support of software development and implementation for the Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) and component subsystems. Associated ADMACS efforts include the Integrated Shipboard Information System (ISIS), Magazine Arrangement Planning Air-Computerized (MAPA-C), Aviation weapons and Information Management System (AWIMS), as well as interfaces to other ALRE systems. System and engineering support for Modeling and Simulation and related software intensive programs in conjunction with the above-mentioned ALRE information systems and warfighting concepts (WARCON) demonstration programs. Support of the ATE software center and other Software support functions for CASS, other legacy ATE, and future ATE, including the SSA function. Period of Performance is 60 months. Level of Effort 404,500 man-hours. The Government is anticipating a Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract. Code R414 is applicable.
