Description

Solicitation will be an 8(a) set-aside procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement action is 561612 and size standard is $9.0 million. The period of performance will be a base year plus four option years, starting 01 OCT 2001. Best Value evaluation procedures will be utilitized. Prospecitive contractors must be able to obtain a security guard license in the state of Oklahoma. A "SECRET" facility clearance must be maintain for the entire term of the contract. To obtain the clearance, the contractor MUST be a citizen of the United States.
