NAICS Code 233210. Scope of Work: Construct an addition to each = of up to four residences to include carpeting, new windows and doors, = kitchen modifications, the addition of one bathroom, a gas fired = fireplace, electrical,and some mechanical modifications. The = residence(s) to be remodeled will be occupied. Care must be exercised = to minimize disruption to the tenants and to keep the units secure. = The base bid is one residence, the other three residences are Option 1, = Option 2, and Option 3. Depending on bid prices, one or two residences = are to be remodeled this summer and one or two residences may be = remodeled next summer (as options). The estimated cost range is = $100,000 -- $250,000 per residence or $250,000 -- $500,000 for the total = of four residences. Expect to issue IFB o/a 6/7/01 with bid opening = o/a 7/9/01.
