Description

The extent of this project requires interior and exterior painting of a +/- 40,000 square foot facility. This facility is comprised of two freestanding buildings joined by an overhead pedestrian bridge. Surfaces to be painted range from ground level to approximately 15 feet above the second floor roof line. The facility is a 24 hour/day US/Mexico Port of Entry located in Nogales, AZ. Estimated daily traffic includes 12,000 pedestrians and 6000 vehicles. Contractor will be required to co-ordinate work with Federal inspection agencies to minimize impact on traffic and operations. This project is located at the U.S. Port of Entry, Nogales, Arizona. Work to be performed includes prepping, patching, painting and finishing.
