Description

The extent of this project shall involve demolition of raised concrete slab and concrete fence/wall. Cut opening in block wall. Install roof block partitions, water closets, urinals, sinks, doors lights, etc. to complete a male and female restroom facility, under roof approximately 18' X 15', (each male & female restroom approximately 9' X 15'). Match existing architectural roof tile and finish, etc. Contractor will supply all materials, fixtures, and finishes to provide a finished, roofed, ADA compliant facility. This project is located at the U.S. Port of Entry, Nogales, Arizona. Work to be performed includes demo, plumbing, electrical and painting.
