Description

The primary scope of work includes renovation of two existing public restrooms and two existing agency restroom facilities at the Commercial U.S. Port of Entry in Nogales, AZ. Restrooms essentially will be stripped of fixtures, refinished including tile work, and painting, and refitted with new fixtures and partitions. Work must be planned and executed in phases to allow limited public access of the facilities during normal working hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Buildings are occupied 7 days per week. Contractor will supply all materials, fixtures, and finishes to provide a finished, ADA compliant facility. Work to be performed includes demo, plumbing and tile, electrical and painting.
