Description

This action is a new firm fixed price contract for 114 DMS Cables. First article will be required 4 weeks after contract award. Production quantity will be 15 weeks after First Article acceptance. See Note Number 22. Note 22 is further clarified as "only one responsible source, or only from a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
