Description

CABLE COUPLING ASSEMBLY The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick has a requirement for 12 foot Cable Assembly, Coupling, Airdrop, NSN: 1670-00-434-5797, 658 ea. The Government anticipates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order. The general characteristics and item description are: C/O TERMINAL CONDUIT LATCH END, TERMINAL CONDUIT ACTUATOR END, COLLAR ADJUSTING,YOKE, TERMINAL WIRE ROPE, SWAGGING, SINGLE SHANK, 4 SETSCREW HEX SOCKET FLAT, NUT PLAIN HEX, 2 PIN STRAIGHT HEADED DRIVE SHANK, 12 FEET LONG. III END ITEM IDENTIFICATION: MISCL AIRDROP CANVAS, WEBBING, METAL, AND WOOD. All deliveries of the cables will be F.O.B. Destination, with shipments to, New Cumberland PA. Prices will be filled in on the Request for Quotes (RFQ) DAAD15-01-Q-0011. This RFQ replaces RFQ DAAD15-01-Q-0006. The changes are as follows 1) New Drawings, 2)New NAIS code is 51322. The Offerers will provide a past performance information sheet listing references (preferably 3 in the past 2 years) for the same or similar item. The past performance sheet must contain a Point of Contact (POC) for each to include a current telephone and or fax number, order/contract number. The North American Industry Classification System code is 51322, the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation, with attachments will be posted on the Acquisition Center's web site: www3.natick.army.mil on or about 24 May 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency.
