FPC01109000411, NSN 3040-01-118-6179 Gearshaft, Bevel IAW General Electric drawing 07482 9182M13, revision J, part number 9182M13G04. 15 each to be delivered to Tracy California and 45 each to be delivered to Texarkana, Texas within 435 days after date of contract. This requirement contains a First Article Test with waived sources; General Electric (07482), ACR Industries (57152). First Article Report is to be submitted to this buyer as noted in the RFP, FAT report is due 120 days after date of contract. A 100% option is included for this requirement.
