Subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Subject item is sole source to Yarway Corp., Cage 66850, P/N 942274 and Jerguson Gage and Valve, Cage 74965, P/N E287-942274. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantities for the Base Year and for the Option Years are 24 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for Base Year and Option Years are 12 each.
