This acquisition will be Government Furnished Material (GFM) for cloth, poly/wool, serge blue 3362. There will be a total quantity of 22,960. There will be 12 deliveries. Production lead-time is 120 days after the award. The destination for delivery is New Cumberland, PA. Acceleration of delivery is permitted. Limited Best Value Source Selection will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model (PDM) and Experiece/Past Performance. The technical proposal should include a PDM at the time of closing and past performance experience.
