Description

This is a sources sought/market survey synopsis being conducted = for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for = Keesler AFB MS. The anticipated contract would be for five years, with = two option years. Local exchange service providers certified by the = Mississippi Public Utilities Commission are eligible to provide local = commercial communications service for Keesler AFB MS. Local = communications service to be provided include, as a minimum but not = limited to, local access for commercial business lines, analog = subscriber lines, analog and digital trunks, transport channel = services, directory number and number portability, emergency 9-1-1 = service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA = access, interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier, and diversity = for all services except the data point-to-point circuits.
