Description

17. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment needed to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for 9 water cooled, gas-engine driven liquid chillers, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The 9 generators consist of (2) Tecochill CH-150 models and (7) Tecochill CH-300 models. Work performed by the contractor shall be in accordance with installation, state, federal codes, and laws. Maintenance on the chillers shall be in accordance with manufactures (Tecogen) recommendations. The period of performance will be 12 months; a base with four one-year option periods is contemplated. Contract type is Firm Fixed Price. NAICS code is 811310 the small business size standard is $5 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
