Description

The USCG MLCP in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for the Dockside Repair of the USCGC KUKUI (WLB 203), which will be geographically restricted to the cutter's homeport at the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command at Sand Island, Honolulu, Hawaii. Performance is expected to commence on 13 August 2001 and complete no later than 7 September 2001. The repair anticipated involves the Thruster Generator Power Take Off Shaft and Spilled Oil Recovery System Boiler Removal. On or about 20 June 2001, an Invitation for Bid will be issued in accordance with Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program (SBCDP).
