Description

NAICS Code 541990 This is a modification to the announcement posted on May 21, 2001. This is Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery contract for Occupational Safety and Health surveys procured utilizing professional services IAW FAR 22.11.. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, supplies, etc., to perform annual on-site occupational safety and health surveys for the primary area of New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on Best Value Outcome. Anticipated issue date of the proposal is on or about June 1, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of July 2, 2001 or at least 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. . A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 15, 2001 in Ft. Worth. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizopps.gov or eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Prospective offerors shall notify this office (either by electronic mail or facsimile) of their intent to submit an offer.
