Description

On behalf of the Onondaga Lake Partnership (OLP), the Onondaga Lake Cleanup Corp. (OLCC) is soliciting proposals for preparing materials for a public education program regarding Onondaga Lake and the OLP. The scope of work involves the: 1. Design of a logo for the OLP; 2. Design and construction of a portable display; 3. Design and publication of brochures; and, 4. Production of a video. Each project will portray information to the public about the Partnership, the senior partners, their roles and four committees; problems facing Onondaga Lake; current projects; and future restoration goals. Interested parties should contact the OLCC for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Scope of Work. Proposals may address the scope in whole or in part. Submittals should not exceed 5 pages; the required format is outlined in the RFP. A total of 5 copies should be submitted. Respondents have until June 15, 2001 to submit proposals to the OLCC. Respondents should be prepared to present their proposal using audiovisual techniques deemed appropriate. Presentations will be scheduled for June 22, 2001. A location and specific times will be confirmed by June 18, 2001. Ann announcement will be made by June 30, 2001. Certain work elements must be completed by July 31, 2001. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, qualifications and experience, approach, ability to adhere to a tight schedule and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
