Description

The contractor shall provide all supervision and labor for = central alarm monitoring and radio dispatching at the MegaCenter in = Denver, Colorado. This will be a Firm-fixed Price Requirements Type = Contract for commerical items, which will have a base year and 4-one = year options. Offers will be evaluated using source selection/best = value outlined in the solicitation package based on the following = evaluation factors: 1). Staffing and Project Management Plan, 2). = Experience and Past Performance and 3). Corporate Experience. The = solicitation will be issued on/or about June 22, 2001. This = solicitation may or may not be issued electronically. A pre-proposal = conference will be held at the Denver Federal Center, Bldg. 41, Denver, = Colorado. The exact date, time, and location will be contained in the = solicitation package. Requests for the solicitation shall be in = writing. (no phone calls please).
