- Description
- The U.S. Agency for International Development is seeking a qualified development expert with private sector expertise to assist with the identification of development programs in the LAC region that either currently contain elements of partnership with the private sector (including corporations, foundations, universities, private associations, NGOs, etc.) or could be developed to include such alliances or partnerships which meet the criteria of the Agency's new Global Development Alliance (GDA) initiative. This work should begin during FY2001 while limited funding is available. Three reports will be required to fulfill the Statement of Work. A firm fixed price award will be made based on full-and-open competition. The request for proposals will be issued on or about 15 days from the date of this publication. The closing date for the RFQ will be on or about 7 days from the issuance date. Responsible offerors may request a copy of RFQ No. M/OP-01-0810 by submitting a written request addressed to Dana P. Doo-Soghoian, Contracting Officer, U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of Procurement, Ronald Reagan Building, M/OP/EER/DGLA, Room 7.09-082, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20523-7100. All RFQs will be mailed not less than 15 days after publication of this notice. All RFQs will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.
