Description

The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD = Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing = agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located within the = State of Maryland. The contract shall be for a one-year period with a = possible extension of two additional one-year periods. This = requirement is being solicited on a 100% set aside basis for small = businesses under NAICS code 541191 ($5 million). The Request For = Proposals (RFP) may be available on or after June 11, 2001. Requests = for a copy of the RFP must be made in writing and may be submitted via = facsimile to 215-656-3453.
