Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. intends to procure support services including systems engineering, Support Equipment (SE) design and development, software analyses and integration for the F/A-18E/F and SH-60 programs. The contractor shall also define SE requirements; assess impact of engineering changes and new weapons systems on SE; review performance specifications and participate in Government meetings and manufacturers program reviews. The Government intends to negotiate with Ketron, a division of the Bionetics Corporation of Exton, Pa. for these services as a result of their specialized experience. This will be issued as a modification to the GSA order N68335-00-F-0416 which was awarded for related services. See Note 22.
