Road Decommissioning, Fugowee Creek Road Obliteration project; North Umpqua Ranger District; NAICS 234110; work includes excavation, culvert removal, fill pullback and placement, outsloping, ripping, cross drain construction, riprap placement, mulching, seeding and road closure barrier construction; the project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; work is limited to the period between May 1 and October 31 with additional limitations of July 16 through September 15 for work in or adjacent to streams with flowing water; this is a Request For Proposals; Offerors are required to prepare Technical Proposals in addition to price proposals; technical proposal elements include past performance history, descriptive site-specific technical approach and equipment capability at a work segment including a major stream crossing culvert removal, road fill pullback, outsloping and ripping; award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price.
