Destination with deliveries for a quantity of 4,000 going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, 2,000 going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001and 1,000 going to Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 7,000 each, 135 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 0 each per month thereafter, until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 78 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 7,000 each, 90 DACA and 0 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Ohio Gasket and Shim Company, 976 Evans Ave., Akron, OH 44305-1096 and Rexnord Corporation, 304 Main Ave., P. O. Box 549, Warren, PA 16365-2157. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100.
