Description

Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional Office (SNR) is currently investigation potential sources for an Expandable Digital Telephone System. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY; there is no solicitation available at this time. This sources sought synopsis is published for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. SNR is investigating possible sources that may be able to provide an Expandable Digital Telephone System with the following features: Recorder interface on a per instrument (telephone) basis (i.e., to record all calls that are made or received by a single phone regardless what line appearance the call is on) regardless if on the speaker phone or handset, and connection at the PBX; system to be powered by -48VDC; rack mountable in 7' X 19" industry standard racks, if system is cabinet mounted, the cabinets must be certified as seismic zone 4 compliant and designed with all cable entry through the bottom of the cabinet; equipment to be NEBS compliant; interface with radio systems (Motorola equipment); capable of wireless phone and headset operation; capable of having at least 2 remote instruments over a Sonet system; 180 programmable feature buttons with expandability; ability for 100 phone lines to be expandable. Number of instruments required is 14 (7 for Pre-Scheduling; 5 for Dispatch; and 2 for Back-up Facility). Please forward product and company information to the above address.
