Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer District, New York, intends to award a sole souce contract to Stephen Kagel Associates for additional Architect-Engineer Services previously accomplished under Contract No. DACA51-00-D-0003. The follow-on contract will be awarded for a base year and one (1) option year. Services are primarily within the New York District boundaries including the United State Military Academy, USMA, West Point, New York. The Architect-Engineer services consist of design services for the preparation of plans, specifications, analysis, reports, cost estimates, construction services and technical reviews for miscellaneous projects which include but not limited to renovations of buildings, offices, HVAC systems, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, foundation, structural, utility systems, site work, sidewalk and roadway work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541310; size standard is $4.0 million dollars. The contract amount for (base year and one year option) will not exceed $2,000,000 and will not exceed $1,000,000 per period of 365 calendar days. Individual task orders will not exceed $1,000,000.
