Description

The purpose of this contract is to acquire the necessary services to maintain an existing Microsoft Office 2000 Access database. The information for the database will be gathered from sales of the National Forest Adventure Pass and the issuance of Notices of Non-Compliance. Data sources: Adventure Pass sales; Pass stub returns; Payment collection and processing; Inventory control and analysis; Notice of Non-Compliance issuance and remedy tracking; Visitor comments sent to Project Headquarters. The contractor will need to: Train existing Forest Service staff for data entry; Develop various tables, queries, reports and forms; Design input screens for ease of data entry; Coordinate database development and enhancements as requested.
