Description

The VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV is seeking qualified firms who have the necessary resources and ability to provide Mammography Services. Contractor will provide the facility, staffing, equipment and supplies required to perform Mammography examinations. The contractor must be certified for performance of mammography examinations by the American College of Radiology (ARC), Joint Commission on Accrediation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Services will be provided at the contractor's place of business and must located within a (30) mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV. with easy access to and from public transportation. The contract will be for one year with (2) two one-year options.
